Rector
Father Martin Yost became Rector of St. Paul’s in July 2025. A graduate of Nashotah House Theological Seminary, he was ordained in 2002 and has served parishes and schools in Texas, Rhode Island, and New York. Father Yost’s ministry is deeply rooted in the sacramental, devotional, and liturgical traditions of Anglican Christianity. He is a member of the Society of the Holy Cross, and serves as Treasurer of the Society of Mary in the United States. He has also been active in the Society of King Charles the Martyr and serves on the Great Cathedral Chapter of the Cathedral of All Saints. His interests include church history, art, sacred music, and literature, and he serves on the advisory board of The Colosseum, a journal of arts and letters.
At St. Paul’s, Father Yost is committed to thoughtful preaching, reverent worship, pastoral care, Christian formation, and the renewal of parish life. He welcomes longtime Episcopalians, those returning to the Church, and those encountering the Anglican tradition for the first time to join the people of St. Paul’s in worship, fellowship, and service.
